Cancellation
Until the consolidation cutoff (Monday and Thursday, 4 pm), an order can be cancelled from your account at no charge. After the cutoff, the order is in production and can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
Prescription-surfaced lenses (every Zénith, Azimut, Méridien and any surfaced Boréal) are made for one patient and are not returnable, except under warranty or the remake policy.
Boréal stock lenses, unedged and in their packaging, can be returned within 30 days for full credit.
