Everything we promise, in writing. These policies form part of our terms of sale and apply to every clinic.

Adaptation guarantee
If a patient doesn't adapt to a progressive or office lens, we exchange it for another design or credit the pair. 60 days on Zénith, Zénith Ample and Azimut; 90 days on Zénith Infini.
Read the policyCoating warranty
Clarté and Clarté Bleu are warranted one year against crazing, cracking and peeling. Clarté Ultra, two years. Scratches from normal wear are not a defect.
Read the policyRemakes and errors
Our mistake is remade free, no discussion. A prescription change within 60 days is remade at 50% of your rate. A clinic entry error, also 50%.
Read the policyReturns and cancellations
An order cancels free until the consolidation cutoff. A prescription-surfaced lens cannot be returned, except for a defect. An unedged stock lens can be returned within 30 days.
Read the policyDelivery and turnaround
Consolidation Monday and Thursday at 4 pm. Production and transit: 7 to 10 business days; one more day with edging. Courier delivery to the clinic, included from 4 pairs per shipment.

New accounts: card on file, charged at shipping. After three months, net-30 credit on application. Prices in Canadian dollars, taxes extra, confidential and specific to each clinic.
Read the policyAtelier policy (edging)
A frame that breaks during edging is replaced or refunded at our expense. A lens edged to wrong measurements supplied by the clinic is remade at 50%.
