How it works
One account, one portal, one price list. Here is exactly what happens between your first request and your first delivery.
Account request
You fill in the form with the clinic name, your licence number and contact details. We verify and reply within two business days.
Activation and price list
Your account is created with your pricing. You receive an invitation to choose your password. You can add your team.
Clinic visit (optional)
A rep comes with the demo kit to walk through the range, the coatings and answer your opticians' questions.
Online ordering
Prescription, material, coating, sun options, edging: everything is entered in your account. The price is calculated as you go, at your rate.
Consolidation every 72 hours
Orders received before the cutoff go into production together. You follow each order's status in your account.
Quality check and delivery
Every lens is checked on the lensmeter. Courier delivery to the clinic, edged if requested, billed on your terms.

Who can open an account?
Optometry clinics, dispensing opticians and eyewear stores holding a valid licence in Québec or elsewhere in Canada. We do not sell to the public.
Why aren't prices shown?
Because every clinic has its own price list. A public price would make yours public too. In your account you always see your exact rate.
What are the turnaround times?
Consolidation every 72 hours, then 7 to 10 business days of production and transit, plus one day if edging. Exact dates appear on every order.
What if the patient doesn't adapt?
Our progressives and office lenses carry a 60-day adaptation guarantee (90 days for Zénith Infini): exchange to another design or credit.
How is patient data handled?
We never ask for the patient's name. You enter a reference of your choice. It's your file; we keep only the prescription needed to manufacture.
