Two ways to give us the shape
Send the frame with the order, or enter the A, B, DBL and frame type in your account. For rimless and nylor frames we prefer the frame.
What we do
Edging to shape, bevel or groove depending on the frame, drilling for rimless, edge polishing, axis and height check before packing.
If something breaks
A frame that breaks during edging is replaced or refunded at our expense. A lens edged to wrong measurements supplied by the clinic is remade at 50%. It's all in our Atelier policy.
Turnaround
Edging adds one business day to production. Lenses arrive packed by pair, labelled with your patient reference.
