Customers
LabOptik sells exclusively to licensed eye-care professionals (optometrists, dispensing opticians) and the businesses they run. No sales to the public.
Orders
An order placed in the clinic account binds the clinic from the consolidation cutoff. The prescription, measurements and options entered are the clinic's responsibility; LabOptik manufactures what was entered.
Prices and taxes
Prices are those of the clinic's price list at the time of the order, in Canadian dollars, taxes extra. They are confidential.
Payment
Per the account's terms: card on file charged at shipping, or net 30 days on credit approval. Interest of 1.5% per month on balances over 60 days. LabOptik may suspend an overdue account.
Warranties and remakes
As described in the published policies (adaptation, coatings, remakes, Atelier). No other warranty, express or implied, is offered. LabOptik's liability is limited to the replacement or credit of the lenses concerned.
Title
Lenses remain the property of LabOptik until paid in full.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of the district of Montréal.
