What's covered
Every Zénith progressive and every Azimut office lens, when the patient fails to adapt despite a correctly adjusted frame and a verified prescription.
The window runs from the ship date: 60 days for Zénith, Zénith Ample and Azimut, 90 days for Zénith Infini.
What we do
First option: remake the pair in another design of the range (for instance Zénith to Zénith Ample, or Zénith to a shorter corridor), with no charge for a downgrade; an upgrade is billed at your rate for the difference.
Second option: remake the pair as Boréal single vision or Méridien bifocal and credit the difference.
One adaptation remake per pair. The original lenses must be returned to us.
What's not covered
A prescription change (see the remake policy), a poorly adjusted frame, or a fitting height measured below the design's minimum.
