New accounts pay by credit card on file, charged when each order ships, or by Interac transfer before shipping.
After three months of activity, a clinic can apply for net-30 credit (credit application and references). Accounts more than 60 days overdue are placed on hold and bear interest at 1.5% per month (18% per year).
Prices
Prices are in Canadian dollars, per pair, taxes (GST and QST) extra. They are specific to your clinic, visible only in your account, and confidential on both sides.
Any change to your price list is announced in writing 30 days in advance. An order is billed at the price shown when it was placed.
