The 72-hour cycle
Orders are consolidated twice a week, Monday and Thursday at 4 pm, and go into production together. An order placed Tuesday leaves Thursday; placed Friday, it leaves Monday.
Turnaround by family
Boréal in stock: 3 to 5 business days after consolidation. Surfaced Boréal, Méridien, Azimut, Zénith (all series): 7 to 10 business days. Solstice Polar and Éclipse: up to 12 days. Atelier edging: + 1 business day.
The expected date appears on every order in your account and you are notified by email at shipping.
Delivery
Courier delivery to the clinic address, anywhere in Québec. Included from 4 pairs per shipment; otherwise $12 per shipment. Free pickup at our Montréal workshop by appointment.
A package damaged or lost in transit is remade at no charge.
