Frames sent to the lab
Label the frame with the order number. A frame that breaks during edging or mounting is replaced with an identical frame or refunded at the clinic's cost, up to $250. Used, weakened or two-year-plus frames are edged at your risk, and we'll tell you beforehand.
Edging from measurements
For a full-rim frame we edge from the A, B, DBL and bevel type you enter. A lens edged to wrong measurements entered by the clinic is remade at 50% of your rate. For rimless and nylor frames we ask for the frame.
Inspection
Every edged lens is checked for axis, height and centration before packing. A deviation on our part is remade at no charge.
